Active Youth, Inclusive Community: The Transformative Collaboration of Youth Workers

This project was developed to foster and promote inclusion and diversity by strengthening the skills of Youth Workers and organisations in the integration of young immigrants, particularly Ukrainian and Indian immigrants. We aim to create a robust and sustainable support network that enables the effective integration of these communities into their new societies.

The mobility tackled the following aspects:

• Group dynamic in youth work,
• Good practices used by the participating organisations,
• Theories of working with young people,
• Cultural diversity and intercultural education,
• Portraits of immigration,
• Inclusion of immigrants and minorities,
• Campaign and online activism.
