The idea of the project is to give youth workers the competencies they need to guide young people in their transition from school/university to the labor market. By using non-formal education methods, they will learn how to support young people in writing effective CVs, motivational letters, creating portfolios, and preparing for interviews. They will also explore alternative career paths, such as freelancing and entrepreneurship, and gain knowledge about digital and self-educational tools that can increase employability.
